CNC Face Lathe

        The newly developed series of face lathes by Northern Spark adhere to the current national precision standards. They feature an aesthetically pleasing and modern design, a rational structure, and user-friendly operation. Dimensional tolerances can be directly displayed and controlled via digital readouts or systems. The machine tools are characterized by high rigidity, large cutting capacity, safety, and reliability.         The CNC face lathes are automatically controlled through CNC systems (such as FANUC, SIEMENS, Guangzhou CNC, KND, etc.), enabling the machining of various internal holes, external cylinders, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, and threads.

        Protective devices for rotating parts: For high-speed rotating components of the machine tool (such as the chuck and motor), our company installs push-pull protective cover devices to prevent hazards like parts being thrown out due to rotational centrifugal force. This ensures the safety of both the machine equipment and operators, meeting the safety standards for machine tool design.

        Centralized design of the slide screw + flat rail support + dovetail positioning: Both axes of the machine tool employ precision-ground ball screws for transmission. The ball screws are centrally positioned to avoid deflection caused by machining resistance during transmission, ensuring the stability of slide movement and machining accuracy. The guide rails use dovetail rails for sliding positioning and flat rails for sliding support, guaranteeing the positioning accuracy and smooth movement of the slide.

        Bus version system operation station: The machine tool systems utilize bus version operating systems and high-line-number encoders. Options include high-end CNC systems such as Guangzhou CNC, German SIEMENS, and Japanese FANUC. Combined with handwheel operation, the system offers convenient operation, stable signal transmission, and high control precision.

        High-precision headstock: The four-speed variable frequency speed regulation headstock of the machine tool uses 40Cr forged and ground gears for all internal gears. The shafts employ spline structures, and the bearings are standard high-precision rotary bearings from brands like Harbin, Luoyang, and Wafangdian. The gears mesh tightly, providing high rotational accuracy and low rotational noise.
