1. Preparation Method: Stir the paint until no sediment remains at the bottom of the bucket. While stirring, add the dedicated curing agent at a ratio of paint: curing agent = 10:1 (by weight) and mix thoroughly. Allow the prepared paint to sit for 10-15 minutes before use.
2. Surface Treatment Requirements: For steel structures, the substrate treatment must meet the rust removal standard Sa2.5 grade or be manually derusted. Chemical derusting is also acceptable, ensuring the surface is free of oil, rust, foreign matter, dry, and clean. The derusted steel substrate surface must be coated with primer within 4 hours.
