This primer is suitable for environments requiring high corrosion resistance, such as oil tanks, oil cabins, solvent cabins, ballast water tanks, as well as harsh environmental conditions like marine steel structures, bridges, and chimneys. Water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer not only serves as an anti-rust and heat-resistant coating but also provides long-term protection under severe environmental conditions, ensuring the stable operation of these facilities.

The service life and anti-corrosion performance of inorganic zinc-rich primer largely depend on the quality of surface preparation before application. Therefore, steel surfaces to be protected with this primer must undergo strict sandblasting or shot blasting treatment. If such conditions are unavailable, rust layers, oil stains, and other contaminants must be thoroughly cleaned from the steel surface. When using this primer, Component A must be stirred evenly first, followed by mixing Components A and B in the specified ratio (by weight). During application, continuous stirring is necessary to prevent uneven mixing. Prepared primer should be used within 1 hour (at 25°C), and it is strictly advised not to pour mixed primer back into the original container.
