Inorganic zinc silicate primer is a two-component primer composed of zinc silicate ester, zinc powder, etc. The paint film dries quickly, offers excellent cutting and weldability, and provides good resistance to marine atmospheres. It is suitable for sandblasted or polished steel surfaces, used as a shop primer in assembly lines, and can also serve as an anti-rust paint for other steel equipment.

Before using the inorganic zinc silicate primer, mix the paint and curing agent in the required ratio. Prepare only the amount needed, stir thoroughly before use, and use within 8 hours. During the application process, ensure the environment remains dry and clean. After mixing, seal the curing agent container tightly to prevent gelation. During application and drying, the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. The coated product must be allowed to cure for one day before being put into service.
