3. When applying the topcoat, strictly control the water-to-paint ratio to avoid over-dilution, which may cause the film-forming substance to penetrate the base layer, leading to surface powdering. For corners, window sills, and other detailed areas, add an appropriate amount of water and apply evenly with a wool brush.
4. Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next to ensure proper adhesion between layers.
