Water-based Epoxy Floor Paint Construction Parameters:
1. Open the can and stir until the paint is evenly mixed with no sediment at the bottom. Add the specified proportion (by weight) of the matching curing agent to the paint; stir well and let it mature for 10–20 minutes before use. Use within 4 hours during construction.
2. Construction Method:
① Apply the intermediate coat: After the primer has dried, use a trowel to apply one layer of the intermediate coat to fill any holes in the floor. After the intermediate coat has dried, use a grinder to smooth out any uneven trowel marks and remove all particles, then vacuum with a dust collector.
② Apply the topcoat: After preparing the topcoat, apply it with a trowel to maintain the floor's smoothness and cleanliness, enhancing its corrosion resistance and pressure resistance.
3. Theoretical Consumption: Without considering the various factors affecting actual construction, for a coating thickness of 1mm per layer, the theoretical consumption of paint is approximately 1kg/m².
