The CY605 dispensing valve has a slightly larger flow rate than the CY705. It is available in two structural types: rotary knob and micrometer head adjustment. It is suitable for general lubricating adhesives, offering various fluid control methods such as dotting, coating, and line drawing. Applicable fluids include: underfill adhesives, surface bonding adhesives, UV adhesives, silicone, epoxy adhesives (AB adhesives), paint, alcohol, cleaning solutions, grease, lubricants, and fluid dispensing devices for TAP fixation.

Product Features and Advantages:

A. The fluid channels are entirely made of SUS303 stainless steel, resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and wear.

B. The structure is driven by compressed air, with a special fluid sealing mechanism that reduces the frequency of seal replacement, offering long service life and quick maintenance.

C. Capable of operating within a 1mm range, with a line width of 1mm, dispensing diameter of 1.2mm, and dispensing needle nozzle: 0.2-2mm. It ensures high dispensing accuracy and fast VALVE response speed.

D. Equipped with a micrometer for easy adjustment of the STOPPER; facilitates adjustment of the dispensing amount and features a locking function to preserve the adjustment value, enhancing stability.

E. Maximum oil pressure: 60kgf/cm²; suitable temperature range: 5°C to 60°C.
