Instrument Application:
The MFY-01A Fully Automatic Seal Tester is suitable for seal testing of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc., in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automotive, electronic components, and stationery. It can also perform seal performance tests on specimens after drop and pressure resistance tests.
Application Industries:
1] Food Industry: Soft packaging: bagged milk powder, cheese, coffee strips/packs, mooncakes, seasoning packs, snacks, tea bags, bagged rice, potato chips, pastries, puffed foods, Tetra Paks, sunflower seeds... food bags of any shape, material, or size. Semi-rigid packaging: chilled meat, fruit and vegetable salads, trays, soft cans, yogurt, ketchup, tubed potato chips (snacks), jelly... semi-rigid packaging of any shape, material, or size. Rigid packaging: canned milk powder, beverage bottles, oil drums, cans, tubed biscuits, coffee bottles, cans, seasoning bottles... rigid packaging of any shape, material, or size.

Instrument Features:
1] Microcomputer-controlled, test parameters settable, automated test process;
2] LCD screen displays the test process, with parameters such as set pressure, set holding time, and real-time pressure displayed simultaneously;
3] PVC operation panel, new key layout, simple and convenient operation;
4] Sealing barrel made of high-quality acrylic tubing, with a wall thickness of up to 15mm, the highest in the industry;
5] Holding time, test pressure, and pressure compensation ratio can be set in advance, enabling one-key operation of the test process;
6] Precision pneumatic components, superior sealing performance, more reliable quality;
7] Automatically maintains constant pressure and compensates air according to the pressure compensation ratio during the test, no manual operation required;
8] Automatically returns and unloads pressure after the test, saving more operation time;
9] Built-in compressed air filtration and pressure regulation device, externally placed for easy drainage and impurity removal, effectively ensuring the safe operation of internal machine components;
10] To ensure normal and interference-free operation, the instrument adopts a three-power independent supply mode. Main controller independent power supply, pressure receiving module independent power supply, pressure control module independent power supply (currently the only one using three power supplies);
11] High-quality pressure sensor, combined with precision fast relays, enables faster pressure compensation response without overshoot, maintaining the set pressure. Built-in pressure calibration module supporting multi-point pressure calibration (currently the only one using multi-point calibration), facilitating third-party calibration and inspection.
Testing Principle:
1] By evacuating the vacuum chamber, a pressure difference is created inside and outside the specimen immersed in water, testing the gas escape from the specimen to determine its sealing performance;
