After the machine has been used for a period of time, the pressure drops. If you encounter the above situation:

(1) First, check whether the water inlet filter is clogged and whether the water inlet pressure is normal.

(2) Check for any water leakage. If there is water leakage, resolve the leakage issue first, then check if the pressure can be restored.

(3) If the pressure does not recover, replace the standard nozzle to see if the pressure can be increased. If the issue persists:

(4) Check whether the internal seals of the pressure regulating valve are damaged.

(5) Replace the check valve. If there is no pressure at all after starting, first check the water inlet, then inspect the pressure regulating valve. Usually, this is caused by internal damage or insensitivity of the pressure regulating valve.

High crankshaft temperature:

(1) First, check whether the oil in the crankshaft is normal. If the oil is low or dirty, replace it and observe.

(2) If the issue persists or if there is oil-water mixture in the crankshaft, open the crankshaft to check whether internal components are worn.

(3) Check for abnormal sounds and whether the bearings are damaged.

The device fails to start normally, the indicator light flashes, or it shuts down after 20 seconds:

(1) First, check whether the water inlet pressure and flow rate are normal.

(2) Then, check whether the pressure switch is working properly and whether the plunger rod is stuck.

(3) Check whether the microswitch is damaged or has shifted position.

(4) Next, inspect the circuit board.

(5) Check the relay.

(6) Check the motor.

No water from the nozzle:

(1) No water inlet.

(2) Nozzle clogged.

(3) For devices with couplings, check if the coupling has disengaged.

Analysis of the issue of the hot water machine boiler failing to ignite should follow the order of difficulty of inspection:

(1) Check whether the fuel tank has sufficient fuel (diesel).

(2) Check whether the fuel level switch is connected.

(3) Check whether the diesel filter is clogged.

(4) Check whether the fuel pipe connection is detached.

(5) Check whether the fuel pump solenoid valve is engaging normally.

(6) Check whether the temperature control switch is working properly.

(7) Check the fan switch and whether the fan is working properly.

(8) Check whether the nozzle is clogged and whether the atomization is good.

(9) Check whether the ignition electrode is damaged.

(10) Check whether the high-voltage coil is damaged.

(11) Check whether the fuel pump coupling is damaged.

(12) Check whether the fuel pump is damaged.

(13) If the boiler can operate normally but heats slowly or emits black smoke, promptly clean the external carbon deposits or internal scale of the boiler coil (acid washing is recommended).

For engine-driven devices, pressure and crankshaft issues are resolved as above. Engine fault analysis:

(1) Check whether the engine fuel is properly filled.

(2) Check whether the fuel switch is open.

(3) Check whether the choke is in a reasonable position.

(4) Check whether the ignition switch is on.

(5) Check whether the carburetor is clogged.

(6) Check whether the air filter is clogged.

(7) Check whether the spark plug is damaged.

(8) Check whether the ignition coil is damaged.

(9) Check whether the oil level is normal.

(10) Check whether the nozzle is clogged.

(11) Check whether the fuel pump is damaged (for diesel engines). If the device still does not work after checking the above, seek assistance from a local engine specialist.

For safety, do not spray the water gun at people. Protective clothing should be worn when pressure exceeds 750 bar.
