The sprinkler system mainly consists of PPR water pipes, straight connectors, tees, elbows, etc., forming the water flow pipeline for the enclosure. The water tank provides the water source for spraying, the multi-stage pump supplies the transportation power, and the intelligent controller controls the entire system.
1. Intelligent Controller: Uses digital chip control, integrating upper and lower liquid level and pressure automatic control; offers three working modes: automatic, manual, and remote control; includes protection functions such as overload, no-load, phase loss, and ultra-low voltage; features a no-load restart function with an adjustable time of 1-240 minutes; has a fault memory function, allowing review of the last 5 fault causes; easy installation and simple debugging for enclosure sprinklers.
2. Multi-stage Pump: Before starting, the pump must be filled with water; when starting, open the outlet valve to reduce the motor's starting load and avoid burning out the motor; when the pump's pressure decreases, reduce the number of paper gaskets between the pump body and cover, as adjusting the pressure too high may burn out the motor.
3. Water Tank: The tank is equipped with an automatic water level control valve. When the water level is insufficient, the switch opens to automatically replenish the water source; when the water level reaches a certain height, the control valve automatically closes to stop replenishment.
Spraying and Sprinkling;
1. Pipeline Installation on the Enclosure: The main water switch is set at the starting point, with the main pipeline set to 4 meters. Use a tee to connect the water pipes at both ends, insert a spray pipe above, and install a straight connector to connect the nozzle to the pipeline. (The distance between spray pipes can be set according to actual needs.) The water pipes are fixed to the enclosure with clips and screws.
2. Water Pump Installation: First, fix the water pump to the bracket with screws. After connecting the wires, cover the pump with a rain shelter and fix it to the bracket with screws. Wrap the pump joint with raw silk tape, then fix the water pipe to the pump joint with screw clips. The other end of the pump and pipeline joint also needs to be wrapped with raw silk tape before connecting to the pipeline.
3. The intelligent controller has excellent waterproof settings and only needs to be fixed to the enclosure. The internal wiring of the controller is complete; only the power line, remote control device line, water level alarm line, and water pump power line need to be connected.
4. After connecting various controllers to each other, the system is ready for use.

Precautions for Using Spraying and Sprinkling
1. Startup: After connecting all enclosure lines, close the air switch, select the working mode, and press the start button to start the water pump. Please be cautious to prevent electric shock!
2. Controller Working Modes: Automatic, Manual, and Remote Control: A. In automatic mode, if the start button is not pressed, the automatic mode light will flash, and the controller will not run automatically. Only after pressing the start button and the automatic mode light stays on will the controller run automatically. B. In manual mode, press the start or stop button to control the motor's operation. In manual mode, the controller only protects against overload and phase loss and is not controlled by water level or pressure; no-load protection is not provided.
3. Phase Loss Protection: If any phase of the three-phase power supply is suddenly disconnected, the protector will cut off the water pump's power within 3 seconds.
4. Ultra-Low Voltage Protection: When the grid voltage is below 300V, the controller will cut off the water pump's power within 20 seconds. The phenomenon is that the voltage and current meters display the same value, and the phase loss indicator light turns on.
5. Overload Protection: The controller has an inverse time overload protection characteristic, meaning the greater the overload current exceeds the set value, the faster the overload protection action.
6. Be cautious of water flow and electric shock on the enclosure.
