In cold climates such as winter, anti-freeze measures must be taken. After cleaning, the high-pressure water pump should be stopped immediately, and any remaining water should be cleared using methods appropriate for electric or engine models.

1: Inspection Before Starting the Machine

Lubrication

Check if the lubricating oil is sufficient. If not, add engine oil promptly (the oil level should be at half of the oil window).

Use SAE 30 or equivalent lubricating oil. First change: after 50 hours of operation; subsequent changes: every 500 hours.

The above operation must be performed with the high-pressure pump turned off. Drain the lubricating oil through the oil drain plug.

Power Supply or 92 Octane Unleaded Gasoline

The power supply must be 380V, with voltage neither too low nor too high. Wiring must be grounded to provide protection in case of motor leakage. For engine-powered models: use 92 octane unleaded gasoline.

Note: For diesel engines, select the appropriate type of diesel based on temperature and season.

Water Source

Ensure there is a water supply before starting the machine to avoid damage from prolonged dry operation of the high-pressure pump.

Warning: Strictly avoid operating the high-pressure pump without water for more than 30 seconds.

Nozzle

Before starting the machine, always place the dredging nozzle inside the pipeline to prevent injury from nozzle recoil.
