The membrane-coated polyester needle-punched felt dust removal filter bag, with its laminated filter material, is produced by bonding expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) microporous filter membrane onto various substrates (such as polyester felt, PET, PP non-woven fabric, etc.) using a special process. The laminated material retains the inherent high chemical stability, low friction coefficient, resistance to high and low temperatures, and anti-aging properties of PTFE, capable of blocking fine particles, while also offering unparalleled breathability and performance compared to general laminated filter materials.
