The K-type reciprocating feeder is used for feeding coal or other loose granular materials with low abrasiveness and low viscosity. It continuously and evenly discharges materials from storage bins or hoppers onto conveying equipment or other screening devices.
This equipment can uniformly feed coal from coal bunkers to conveyors or other screening devices, making it suitable for mines and coal preparation plants.
1、Structure: The feeder consists of a hopper, reducer, standard motor, transmission platform, transmission mechanism, base plate (feeding plate), feeding body, support rollers, and gate.
2、Principle: The motor drives the base plate to perform linear reciprocating motion on the support rollers through the reducer and the crank-link mechanism, thereby uniformly unloading materials onto conveyors or other screening equipment.
