HFS Fertilizer Screen consists of three parts: the screen box, the vibrator, and the support device. The screen surface is installed on the screen frame. The screen surface of the fertilizer screen performs reciprocating vibration, utilizing a dual-shaft inertial vibrator driven by two separate motors. The two sets of vibrators operate in reverse synchronization, generating excitation force to drive the screen mesh and force the material to perform parabolic motion, achieving layered screening. The screen mesh of the fertilizer screen is made of stainless steel, with a clog-resistant hole design that prevents material blockage, jamming, or adhesion. Due to the use of a two-layer screen mesh, the material moves in layers, resulting in a thinner material flow that is easier to screen, significantly improving efficiency and truly embodying the technical principle of probability screening.
