◆ The Φ200 test sieves produced by Zhuohang Company are categorized into metal wire woven mesh test sieves and metal perforated plate test sieves based on the sieve surface material. Metal wire woven mesh test sieves are manufactured according to the standard GB/T6003.1. Their aperture sizes range from 2.36mm to 0.038mm, complying with the standard ISO3310-1:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series. The sieve mesh material is stainless steel.

◆ Metal perforated plate test sieves adhere to the standard GB/T6003.2 and conform to the standard ISO3310-2:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series. The sieve surface is processed through electrochemical etching. Their characteristics include high product hardness and strong corrosion resistance, smooth mesh wires, resistance to material clogging, and minimal aperture deformation.

◆ The sieve frame, sieve bottom, and sieve cover of the Φ200 test sieve are made from stretched stainless steel.

◆ The Φ200 test sieve is primarily used for particle size classification in the production of synthetic diamond or cubic boron nitride, as well as for particle screening and inspection in industries such as geological exploration, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, etc.
