Fluorescent Brightener CM-651

Fluorescent Brightener CM-651, a yellow-green liquid, is easily soluble in water, stable to acid, resistant to bleaching, and has high direct affinity for natural fibers. It can dissolve in water in any proportion. Under any conditions, it can dissolve uniformly in any multiple of water and quickly and evenly disperse in fibers, ensuring stable fabric quality. Fabrics are less prone to yellowing. Due to the high yellowing point of CM-651, it can be continuously layered and accumulated to achieve a higher visual whiteness.

2. Uses:

Fluorescent Brightener CM-651 is mainly used in the pad dyeing process of natural fiber fabrics. In application, it has broader adaptability compared to BA and VBL brighteners. It can whiten silk fabrics, animal fibers, and polyamide fibers in acidic media. It can be used in the same bath with peroxide or reducing agent bleaching solutions and has excellent whitening effects on viscose fibers, nylon, paper, and laundry detergents.

Suitable for whitening cotton, polyester-cotton blended fabrics, and one-bath whitening of cotton blended fabrics.

Widely used in detergents, printing and dyeing, papermaking, dye, and other industries.

3. Features:

Fluorescent Brightener CM-651 has strong fluorescence, is resistant to chlorine bleaching, washing, strong acids, and strong alkalis, and can achieve high whitening effects in detergents containing brighteners. It has excellent dry and wet light fastness and excellent perspiration resistance. It whitens quickly, achieving high fabric whiteness in a very short time.

Due to its unique blue-violet light, Fluorescent Brightener CM-651 makes fabrics appear crystal bright white from the inside out. Its application effect in coating is higher than other types of brighteners, even better than ordinary hexasulfonic acid series brighteners. However, due to its higher price, it is generally not used in coating or surface sizing for cost considerations. Especially in pad dyeing applications, it provides exceptionally high whiteness and excellent wash fastness. BecauseCM-651has particularly good water fastness and very fast dye uptake, it is used in many high-end laundry detergents and paper products.
