Product Introduction

The defoamer for textile printing and dyeing treatment is an emulsion-type product, primarily composed of polysiloxane, emulsified oil, dispersants, and other components, meticulously processed through special techniques. It is specifically designed for defoaming in various textile industrial processes such as sizing, scouring, printing, dyeing, and post-treatment. This product exhibits excellent acid and alkali resistance, outstanding stability, easy dispersion in water, a wide applicable temperature range, and provides rapid defoaming action along with long-lasting foam suppression.

Dosage and Method

1.Add directly to the product system requiring defoaming.

2.Dosage is 10-500 PPM of the total foaming system. Adjust the actual amount based on the foam content and environmental conditions. Prior testing is recommended to achieve optimal defoaming effect and usage amount.

Packaging and Storage

1.Packaged in 25KG, 50KG, 200KG, 1000KG plastic drums.

2.The defoamer should be stored at 5~35°C. Do not place near heat sources or expose to direct sunlight.

3.Store according to general chemical storage methods. Ensure sealing after use to prevent deterioration.
