RLJ Phosphating Saponification Heating Furnace is an energy-efficient, high-precision temperature-controlled industrial electric heating furnace specifically designed for phosphating and saponification processes. It utilizes a PID high-precision temperature control cabinet for multi-zone temperature regulation, serving purposes such as phosphating and saponification for automotive parts, petroleum geological fittings, hydraulic components, springs, high-strength bolts, as well as wire drawing, stretching, and other machining processes.

Through the phosphating and saponification treatment solution inside the furnace, a phosphating film is formed on the workpiece under specific conditions within the furnace. This provides protection to the base metal, preventing corrosion to a certain extent; it serves as a primer before painting, enhancing the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint film; and it acts as a friction-reducing lubricant in metal cold working processes, with saponification further improving lubrication performance.
