SQTK Pure Steam Quality Tester SQTS

Meeting Requirements and Standards:

The SQTS Steam Quality Testing System complies with HTM2010/HTM2031, EN285, CGMP/EUGMP/US FDA, and *2010GMP standards. It is a steam testing device certified by FDA/EU GMP/COS/WHO/*2010GMP.

The steam quality tester examines saturated steam in three key aspects of steam quality, including:

· Non-condensable gases (the ratio of the volume of gas collected to the volume of water collected is ≤ 3.5%)

· Superheat (the temperature measured in the expansion tube minus the boiling point of water at local atmospheric pressure is less than 25°C)

· Dryness (non-metal load greater than 0.9, or metal load greater than 0.95)
