Dust Particle Counter Workshop Cleanliness Detector

The KMT-9100 Laser Particle Counter is a new-generation high-end dust particle counter jointly developed by our factory and Nanjing University of Science and Technology. The control method has been upgraded from the old button-style control to touchscreen control, featuring an 8-inch color LCD touchscreen (display size 162mm wide * 121mm high, display ratio 4:3). The oversized visual interface makes operation more intuitive and user-friendly. The product uses a high-quality, lightweight air pump with low weight, low noise, and minimal electromagnetic interference. It is powered by a high-capacity lithium battery and a DC power adapter. The fully stainless steel housing meets the requirements of the FDA, EU GMP, and China GMP for dust particle detection and self-cleaning tests.

Purpose

The particle counter is a specialized instrument for testing the particle size and distribution of airborne dust particles. It evolved from the microscope and has gone through stages including the microscope, sedimentation tube, sedimentation instrument, centrifugal sedimentation instrument, particle counter, laser air particle counter, condensation nucleus particle counter, and multi-channel multi-functional particle counter. It is widely used in authoritative institutions such as provincial and municipal drug inspection institutes, blood centers, epidemic prevention stations, disease control centers, and quality supervision offices, as well as in production enterprises and research departments in the electronics industry, pharmaceutical workshops, semiconductors, optical or precision machining, plastics, painting, hospitals, environmental protection, and testing laboratories.
