The FKC-III Floating Bacteria Sampler is a highly efficient multi-hole inhalation microbial collector. It is designed based on isokinetic sampling theory, featuring direct sampling. The airspeed at the sampling head inlet is essentially consistent with the wind speed in the cleanroom, accurately reflecting the microbial concentration in the cleanroom. During sampling, dust-laden air passes through the micropores at high speed and is uniformly impacted onto the agar surface in the culture dish, significantly improving the collection efficiency of viable particles in compliance with ISO 14698-1 standards. The system design optimizes the impact velocity, ensuring biological efficiency.

The instrument utilizes a computer board for control and a low-noise pump for sampling, making it easy to operate and stable in performance. The sampling head is made of 304 stainless steel, suitable for various disinfection methods.

★ The sampler consists of upper and lower parts. The upper part includes the sampling head, culture dish holder, sampling pump, sampling pump base, and sampling pump power supply. The lower part includes the control board, memory, LCD display, keyboard, and battery assembly. The sampling head is made of anodized aluminum, suitable for most disinfection methods.

★ The sampler can be used with both AC and DC power. There is a power socket at the rear of the instrument. When using DC power, turn on the switch to operate on battery power. When using AC power, insert the included 16.8V power adapter into the socket. If the switch is off, the device is in charging mode. If the switch is on, the device is powered by the 16.8V adapter while maintaining the charging state.

★ The sampling head features numerous micropores, ensuring even distribution of microorganisms on the agar surface, reducing dust and bacterial overlap, and minimizing microbial counting errors.
