1. The sheet machine consists of an extruder, a three-roll calender, a haul-off unit, a winder, and an electrical cabinet.

2. Key components such as the screw, barrel, screen changer, and die are made of high-quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) and undergo nitriding treatment, offering high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

3. The calender uses worm gear transmission, ensuring high-quality sheet production.

4. The screen changer employs a hydraulic dual-screen changing device, which is easy and quick to operate, improving production efficiency.

5. The motor and gearbox are directly connected, ensuring more stable operation and high output.

6. The edge trim winding device is directly mounted on the machine, enabling automatic winding, saving labor, and reducing costs.
