[Follow-Up Coatings]

Epoxy topcoat, chlorinated rubber paint, epoxy asphalt paint, acrylic polyurethane paint, polyurethane paint, chlorosulfonated paint, fluorocarbon paint.

[Surface Treatment]

◆ Steel surface blast cleaning to Sa2.5 grade, surface roughness 30 μm-75 μm.

◆ Power tool cleaning to St3 grade.

◆ For surfaces with primer, use light sweep blasting or pneumatic (electric) tools for secondary grinding.

[Application Conditions]

◆ Substrate temperature must be above 3°C, relative humidity must be below 85%.

◆ Steel plate temperature should be at least 3°C above dew point. In summer, under direct sunlight, recoating should be completed within 5 days; beyond 5 days, sand the surface for adhesion.

◆ When the substrate temperature is below 5°C, the curing reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent stops or slows down, so application is not recommended.

[Coating Application]

[Precautions]

◆ Epoxy paint should not be directly paired with alkyd paint to avoid saponification reaction and film peeling.

◆ Steel surfaces must be blast cleaned; simple grinding and rust removal are not ideal.

◆ Do not apply in heavy wind, rain, snow, or when air humidity is above 85%.

◆ During high-temperature seasons, dry spraying may occur. To avoid dry spraying, adjust with thinner until it stops.

◆ Curing period: 20°C, 7 days or more.
