Anti-corrosion acid and alkali resistant epoxy zinc-rich primer paint for steel structure bridges

Product Introduction:

This paint is a two-component heavy-duty anticorrosive primer formulated with Component A, which consists of epoxy resin as the base material, ultra-fine zinc, and other epoxy resins, and Component B, which uses polyamide resin as the curing agent. It features room-temperature drying and minimal zinc sedimentation.

Main Characteristics:

The paint film contains a high zinc content, providing cathodic protection, excellent adhesion, and outstanding water resistance and rust prevention. It also features fast drying, oil resistance, and compatibility with most anticorrosive primers and topcoats. A film thickness of around 20 microns does not affect welding performance. This paint can serve as a maintenance primer for steel plates after shot blasting in shipbuilding and bridge construction, as well as an anticorrosive coating for steel structures.
