Oil-resistant conductive static paint

◆ The antistatic paint is a two-component system composed of hydroxyl-containing resin, conductive pigments and fillers, conductive additives, solvents, etc., combined with a polyisocyanate prepolymer.

Main Features:

◆ The paint film is resistant to various petroleum products such as crude oil, 95/130 aviation gasoline, aviation kerosene, No. 40 engine oil, No. 120 gasoline, kerosene, and diesel, with no impact on oil quality (gum content ≤ 7 mm/100 mg).

◆ The paint film is conductive, preventing accidents caused by electrostatic accumulation during the storage and transportation of petroleum products. No primer is required during application. Apply three consecutive coats, with a dry film thickness of  150 microns, resulting in a paint film resistivity of less than 10⁸ Ω.◆ Resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts, and chemical atmospheres.

◆ Good wear resistance and durability.

◆ Excellent low-temperature curing properties.

◆ Good solvent resistance and abrasion resistance.

Applications:

◆ Anti-corrosion for the inner walls of crude oil storage tanks, petroleum product storage tanks, oil cabins, and oil pipelines.
