I. Features and Applications:
The pin-type load cell is a specialized sensor used for measuring radial loads in components such as bearings and pulleys, or the tension in steel cables. It can be installed in structures to replace pulley pins for radial force measurement. Depending on the application, it can be conveniently installed in various locations such as hooks at metal structure junctions, rigging shackles, movable pulleys (sets), fixed pulleys (sets), wedge sockets, cable sockets, marine rigging, turnbuckles, rod ends, fork joints, connecting forks, lifting eyes, and axle holes of steel wheels. It not only serves as a replacement for the original axle but also functions as a weighing and force measurement sensor, significantly simplifying the mechanical components of the entire weighing and force control system.
