KD-2 Double Gate Opening Meter

The opening sensor is connected to the gate hoist, converting the gate's lifting opening into corresponding digital encoding, which is then transmitted to the instrument body. It is read, decoded, scaled, and displayed by the microcomputer. Simultaneously, it compares and judges against the set upper limit, lower limit, and preset opening setpoints, provides real-time working status in Chinese characters, and activates the corresponding relay contacts.

6. Installation and Adjustment Sensor:

Winch Hoist: Generally uses a shaft-connected gate opening sensor.

Hydraulic Hoist: Generally uses a self-retracting cable gate opening sensor.

Screw Hoist: Generally uses a self-retracting cable gate opening sensor or gear connection.

7. Parameter Selection Operation

1. During normal operation, the display shows: gate opening and status. Press the cycle selection key "●" for three seconds to enter parameter settings. Each press of "●" cycles through a display item. There are a total of 13 display items, and the selection order is as shown in the figure below. After setting any parameter (no digit flashing), press the increment key "▲" and the decrement key "" in sequence, then release the decrement key "" followed by the increment key "▲" to save the settings, exit the setup, and return to normal operation.
