Oil-based adhesive

The oil-based pressure-sensitive adhesive produced by our company is suitable for self-adhesive label paper, tissue paper double-sided tape, and foam backing tape. It enhances coating speed and offers excellent fluidity and leveling properties. Products made with this adhesive exhibit strong adhesion to common metal and plastic materials. I. Specifications: Appearance: Pale yellow liquid Solid Content: 50%±5 Viscosity: 3500±500 CPS/25℃ Solvent: N-Hexane/Toluene II. Adhesive Properties: Holding Power: >48 HR. (PSTC-7) Peel Strength: <0.8 Kg/IN. (PSTC-1) Initial Tack: <3.0 CM. (PSTC-6) Test Method: SC-866 is coated onto BOPP film, dried at 100°C for 3 minutes to achieve a dry adhesive thickness of 24–26μm. The tape is then placed in a standard testing environment for 30 minutes before testing according to PSTC standards. Test Temperature: 23±1℃ Test Humidity: 65.0±5.0% PET Film Thickness: 28–30μm III.
