High-concentration gold leaf adhesive

       Our company uses imported materials to manufacture water-based foil adhesive. This water-based foil adhesive has strong adhesion, is environmentally friendly, and has minimal odor. It is easy to operate, and bonding can be done within 20 minutes to 5 days after application. The applied gold foil or silver foil is smooth and glossy.
Uses of water-based foil adhesive: The product is widely used in decorative crafts such as picture frames, hanging fans, gold leaf application, decal processes, ceramics, furniture, temple decorations, and gilding. It can be used for adhering metal foils like imitation silver, real gold, imitation gold, copper foil, aluminum foil, and real silver to various materials such as walls, wooden boards, plastics, and metals.
Technical parameters of water-based gold foil adhesive and silver foil adhesive:

Viscosity: 800±20 Pas 

Appearance: Milky white, dries colorless and transparent.
Surface drying time: Approximately 20 minutes (depending on temperature)
Open time: 120 hours
Application method: Can be applied by coating, brushing, or spraying. Bonding can be done once the adhesive surface is dry. Adhesion is possible within 5 days after surface drying. For spraying requirements, 10%-15% water can be added and mixed evenly.
