US Dow Corning® Z-6020 Coupling Agent (Baking Paint/UV/Water-based/EVA Encapsulation Film): Aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane (Diamino) Coupling Agent/Adhesion Promoter, 100% active ingredient, zero VOC, environmentally friendly, free of heavy metals. Used in processes such as glass baking paint/inks, metal baking paint, etc. Compatible systems include: polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, nylon, polyester, etc.

Dow Corning 6020 exhibits ultra-high reactivity, providing excellent adhesion to substrates such as glass, ceramics, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and galvanized steel. It offers good chemical resistance and is particularly suitable for systems requiring high resistance to boiling water, alcohol, salt spray, and high temperatures. It delivers excellent adhesion and bonding effects for carbon fiber and glass fiber, making it suitable for modifying and improving composite materials to enhance crosslinking strength. Also used in nail polish to improve adhesion, serving as a replacement for KH792, 1121, KBM503.

Generally added to the curing agent or at the construction site during use, with a typical addition ratio of 1-2% of the total amount.
