Operating Parameters

Input signal: Absolute encoder synchronous serial SSI signal, Gray code or binary (single-turn 10-24 bit, multi-turn 24-25 bit, or 10-24 bit linear sensor, specify when ordering, other bit counts can be customized).

1 external reset switch signal, which can set zero or a specified position when input.

*Operating voltage: 220Vac (24Vdc available upon request)

*Output type: One 4-20mA analog output. D/A output accuracy 12-bit.

One RS485 full digital output, with built-in communication protocol, can also be customized according to customer requirements.

2~4 preset position outputs. Relay dry contacts, 2 switches are normally open + normally closed, the rest are normally open or normally closed

(range alarm optional when ordering).

*Ambient temperature: -10℃～60℃

*Relative humidity: <90%

*Transmission distance: Connection distance from sensor to instrument is 100 meters (specify when ordering for distances over 100 meters, maximum not exceeding 250 meters)

Recommended cable: FK032014 (for distances greater than 50 meters)

Output signal transmission distance is 1000 meters (4-20mA transmission cable total impedance less than 400 ohms).

Function Settings:

*Digital display: 6-digit digital display, decimal point position can be set.

*Zero setting: Zero or specified position can be set at any location. Can be set via panel or external switch.

*Stroke length setting: Total length setting for linear encoder.

*Direction setting: Encoder forward/reverse direction setting.

*Analog output: 4-20mA output corresponding value setting; analog zero and full scale calibration.

*RS485 output: RS485 output, address and baud rate setting, communication protocol can also be customized according to customer requirements.

*Switch settings: Multiple preset switch panel settings, sensitivity setting, switch type setting.

*Non-linear setting: 16-segment non-linear setting or on-site correction, can be used for hoist layering, arc gate settings.

*Remote display: Output signal can go to PLC on one channel, and to remote display instrument on another channel.
