   Working principle of the equipment:

   Smoke and dust enter the purifier through the negative pressure generated by the fan via the exhaust outlet. The polluted airflow enters the diversion channel, where large dust particles collide with the diversion plate and fall into the dust collection drawer under gravity. Air containing fine particles enters the filtration chamber, passing through the filter element from the outer surface of the filter cartridge, with dust being trapped on the surface of the filter element. As the trapped dust accumulates on the surface of the filter element, when it reaches a certain level, the filter element can be cleaned manually or via pulse jet cleaning. This causes the dust particles deposited on the surface of the filter element to detach and fall into the dust collection drawer under the impact of compressed air, ensuring the entire surface of the filter element is cleaned. The purified air is then discharged through the fan.

   Under an effective dust removal design, the dust removal efficiency can reach over 96%. The equipment is equipped with mobile casters at the bottom for easy movement and fixation at the desired location, effectively saving costs. Dust can be centrally treated without secondary pollution or dispersion. Equipped with a secondary filtration system, dust can be recycled and reused, further reducing costs. The equipment can be cleaned regularly and is widely suitable for collecting various types of dust, such as in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, electronic, and light industries, enhancing production performance and reducing the defect rate.
