Working Principle of CNC Milling Machines

CNC milling machines control the movement and machining process of the machine tool through digital information. The operator writes the machining program by encoding the process parameters and other information of the part to be machined in a specified code and format, which is then input into the CNC system. Based on the program instructions, the CNC system controls the servo motors of the milling machine to drive the worktable or cutting tool along a predetermined path, thereby performing cutting operations on the workpiece and accurately producing parts that meet design requirements.
