Material Selection
• Steel types: Commonly used are Q235 and Q345 steel. Q235 has good plasticity and weldability, making it suitable for parts where strength requirements are not particularly high; Q345 has higher strength and is used for structural components bearing larger loads.

Processing Flow
1. Cutting and blanking: Based on design dimensions, use CNC flame cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, or laser cutting machines (for small components with high precision requirements) to cut steel materials.
2. Bending and forming: Use pipe benders, plate rolling machines, etc., to bend and shape the steel. For components with special curvature requirements, custom molds may be needed for processing.
3. Welding and assembly: Employ manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, and other welding methods to weld and assemble components according to design requirements. Welding parameters must be controlled to ensure weld quality and prevent defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, and cracks.
4. Drilling and tapping: Use drilling machines, tapping machines, and other equipment for drilling and tapping operations to provide installation holes and threads for component connections. The position and dimensional accuracy of the holes must meet design requirements to ensure connection accuracy and reliability.
5. Surface treatment: Generally, hot-dip galvanizing is used to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel frame. Anti-corrosion paint spraying can also be applied, but derusting of the steel surface is required before spraying to ensure coating adhesion.
Quality Control
• Dimensional accuracy: Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and total stations to check dimensional deviations of components and the overall structure, ensuring compliance with design and specification requirements.
• Welding quality: Perform visual inspections of weld formation and use ultrasonic flaw detectors, radiographic testing equipment, etc., to detect internal quality, ensuring welds are free from defects exceeding standards.
• Surface quality: Inspect the thickness, uniformity, and adhesion of hot-dip galvanized layers or anti-corrosion coatings. The surface should be free from peeling, blistering, rust, and other phenomena.
