CAP-3023-S320 Intelligent Capacitive Level Meter
is manufactured using advanced radio frequency capacitance detection technology, supplemented by industrial-grade temperature drift compensation technology for measurement systems, and automatic compensation technology for changes in the dielectric constant of gas (vapor) and material (liquid) phase media. The CAP-3023-S320 Intelligent Capacitive Level Meter is specifically designed and manufactured for level measurement and control applications in industrial environments where the dielectric constant of gas (vapor) phase media and material (liquid) phase media varies significantly, such as soluble media liquid level, powder, and granular material level.
Working Principle
Utilizing the relationship between material (liquid) level changes and the corresponding capacitance changes produced on the measuring probe, the detected capacitance changes are processed through measurement system temperature drift compensation and compensation for changes in the dielectric constant of material (liquid) and gas (vapor) phase media. This is then computed by dedicated pattern system software to output a two-wire 4–20 mA analog current loop and four sets of SPST (NO) solid-state relay contacts proportional to the material (liquid) level changes.
