I. Overview of KYB1904M1F1 Level Transmitter:
1, Absolute corrosion resistance; made of polytetrafluoroethylene, truly corrosion-resistant, capable of withstanding corrosion from acids and alkalis of any concentration.
2, Easy installation; the submersible installation method makes installation extremely simple. Submerging the balance hood to the bottom of the liquid enables high-precision level measurement and control.
3, High accuracy; uses imported sensor cores with precise nonlinear compensation and wide-temperature range temperature compensation, ensuring the transmitter's nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature drift meet high standards.
4, High reliability; each transmitter undergoes 100 hours of high and low-temperature aging screening before leaving the factory. The selected transmitters exhibit high reliability, significantly increasing the mean time between failures to ensure long-term stable operation.
The sensitive component is installed at the lower end of the relay box, with the submersible part being a polytetrafluoroethylene balance hood. The two are connected by a polytetrafluoroethylene air guide tube (pressure guide). The pressure of the liquid column is indirectly transmitted to the sensitive component through air conduction via the guide tube. All materials in contact with the liquid are polytetrafluoroethylene, avoiding direct contact between the sensitive component and the measured medium. It is suitable not only for measuring ordinary water but also for level measurement in special applications involving high temperatures, viscous fluids, corrosive media, etc. Widely used in chemical, metallurgical, power plants, water conservancy, urban water supply, and industrial wastewater treatment fields.
