     6-ton Biomass Boiler Dust Collector Model Parameters

     Biomass boilers are widely used because they are energy-efficient industrial boilers that use biomass pellets as fuel. Due to the severe pollution they cause to the environment, baghouse dust collectors must be installed to control fly ash emissions. The 6-ton biomass boiler is a small-scale boiler, and the model of the dust collector configured for it is as follows. Below are the model parameters for the 6-ton biomass boiler dust collector:

     I. Technical Parameters

     Based on actual operating conditions, the flue gas emission of a 6-ton biomass boiler is approximately 18,000 m³/H. According to calculations, the required filtration area for the baghouse dust collector for a 6-ton biomass boiler is 370 square meters. If conventional bags with dimensions of 133*2000 are selected, 430 bags are needed; if 133*2500 bags are chosen, 370 bags are required.

     For the dust collector bag configuration, the 6-ton biomass boiler dust collector can use FMS (Fluorine Moxi) dust collector bags. FMS bags are characterized by high-temperature resistance and high stability, capable of long-term operation at 220°C, with a peak instantaneous temperature of 260°C, without any change in performance.
