     What is a thermal oil boiler? It refers to an industrial boiler that uses thermal oil for heating. Generally, it is a type of boiler that uses coal, oil, or gas as fuel and thermal oil as the medium. The flue gas produced during the combustion of boiler fuel contains a certain amount of dust, SO2, and NOX. Therefore, its flue gas treatment should focus on dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification. Among these, the main flue gas denitrification processes include SCR, SNCR, and PNCR.

      The 65-ton thermal oil boiler SCR denitrification equipment is the most mature flue gas denitrification technology. It is a post-combustion denitrification method that requires both liquid amino denitrification agents and catalysts, making it relatively more expensive compared to SNCR/PNCR. The SCR denitrification equipment for thermal oil boilers has an active temperature range of 300~400°C for SCR catalysts and is typically installed between the boiler's economizer and air preheater. SCR denitrification equipment is mainly divided into ammonia-based SCR and urea-based SCR. The SCR denitrification system generally consists of an ammonia storage system, an ammonia-air mixing system, an ammonia injection system, a reactor system, an economizer bypass, an SCR bypass, and a detection and control system.
