     During the decomposition of waste tires in a tire pyrolysis furnace, a large amount of exhaust gases such as SO₂ and NOx are generated. This necessitates the use of appropriate desulfurization and denitrification equipment to manage SO₂ and NOx. The denitrification processes used in tire pyrolysis furnace NOx exhaust treatment can be divided into five types: PNCR polymer denitrification process, SNCR denitrification process, SCR denitrification process, SCR+SNCR combined denitrification process, and oxidation-based low-temperature denitrification process.      Principle of the PNCR Denitrification Process for Tire Pyrolysis Furnaces:

     The PNCR solid polymer denitrification process used for flue gas treatment in tire pyrolysis furnaces is, in principle, an in-furnace denitrification process. Its working principle involves using a pneumatic conveying system for powdered gas-phase automation. Suitable locations are selected for drilling holes at the flue gas outlet of the pyrolysis furnace and in the high-temperature zone of the furnace chamber. The polymer denitrifying agent is then pumped and injected into the interior. Within the reactor in the suitable reaction temperature zone, NOx in the flue gas is reduced to N₂ and H₂O.

Through careful selection of solutions, the equipment investment is low, and the overall operating cost of the equipment is also low. After treatment, the exhaust gas can achieve ultra-low emissions below 30 mg. This is currently a highly popular denitrification process in flue gas treatment for boilers and kilns.
