Structure of Stainless Steel Desulfurization Tower Equipment
The stainless steel desulfurization tower features an integrated structure with a cylindrical design. The equipment inside the desulfurization tower mainly includes agitators, oxidation air pipes, spray pipes, and demisters. Some designs also incorporate deflectors or distribution plates. The tower body is equipped with a dehydration device, and the rationally designed dehydration plates significantly prevent secondary water carryover, achieving a very high dehydration rate. Flue gas is naturally introduced from the lower part of the cylinder, featuring a large cross-section and low wind speed.
Working Principle of Stainless Steel Desulfurization Tower Equipment:
1. The flue gas generated by industrial boilers is first dedusted and then blown into the spray desulfurization tower by an induced draft fan under positive pressure (since the flue gas inlet is located in the middle of the desulfurization tower). At the entrance of the stainless steel desulfurization tower, a pre-cooling system reduces the temperature of the flue gas before it enters the desulfurization tower.
