Product Introduction of Denitrification Equipment for 6-ton Biomass Steam Boiler
Biomass steam boilers, due to significant load fluctuations during operation, inevitably emit harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) during the combustion of biomass fuel.To ensure the effective operation of the entire flue gas denitrification system, it is necessary to integrate and optimize denitrification technology with intelligent management. The denitrification processes that can be adopted for biomass steam boiler denitrification equipment include SCR, SNCR, and PNCR. Below is an introduction to the SNCR denitrification equipment process for biomass steam boilers:
The SNCR denitrification process for biomass steam boilers typically requires the boiler furnace temperature to be between 850°C and 950°C. SNCR denitrification equipment uses an in-furnace liquid reduction method, where a reducing agent is injected into the boiler furnace through spraying equipment to achieve the removal of nitrogen oxides.
The SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) technology for biomass steam boilers is a commonly used and mature denitrification technology. This method involves injecting ammonia water (typically with a mass concentration of 20%–25%) or urea solution (typically with a mass concentration of 10%–50%) directly into the appropriate temperature zone of the boiler furnace (850°C–1100°C) through an atomized spraying system (spray gun). The atomized ammonia then undergoes a selective non-catalytic reduction reaction with NOx (a mixture of NO, NO₂, etc.), converting NOx into non-polluting N₂.
