So, what denitrification equipment and process should be adopted for NOx control in the flue gas of circulating fluidized bed boilers?

     The denitrification process for boiler flue gas treatment should be selected from SCR, SNCR, PNCR, or SNCR+SCR hybrid denitrification processes. Taking the flue gas treatment of a 75-ton circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example, we will introduce the process principle of PNCR polymer denitrification equipment:

     The difference between PNCR polymer denitrification equipment and SCR or SNCR lies in the denitrification agent used. The process principle of PNCR polymer denitrification equipment is that the denitrification agent uses polymer materials as a carrier, with amino components polymerized onto the adopted polymer materials, forming this solid powdered material known as PNCR denitrification agent.

      PNCR polymer denitrification agent is a solid powdered material. Its principle involves using a pneumatic conveying device to directly inject it into the boiler furnace via a spray gun. The injection temperature window should be set between 800-900°C. Only at high temperatures can the chemical bonds connecting the amino groups and the polymer break, releasing a large number of amino functional groups. These amino groups then undergo certain chemical reactions with the NOx in the flue gas, thereby achieving the goal of NOx removal.
