     316L Industrial Stainless Steel Desulfurization Tower Equipment Product Introduction:

     The stainless steel desulfurization tower is one of the desulfurization tower equipment products from Shiheng. Among them, 304 and 316L are commonly used materials, but industrial desulfurization towers generally use 316L material. The 316L stainless steel desulfurization tower product is made of a stainless steel material that contains over 13% chromium. Due to the corrosion resistance of chromium, it is called stainless steel.

      Structural Principle of the Stainless Steel Flue Gas Desulfurization Tower:

      I. The 316L stainless steel desulfurization tower is primarily a tower equipment used for flue gas desulfurization in industrial boilers and kilns. The desulfurization system structure of the boiler desulfurization tower consists of: absorption tower, emergency slurry tank, oxidation fan, gypsum dehydrator, slurry circulation pump, mill, mixer, wastewater treatment system, and other equipment.

       II. Working Principle of the Desulfurization Tower:

      1. Flue gas containing dust and sulfur oxides enters the cylinder through the inlet collection duct. The alkaline absorption liquid containing [OH⁻] ions is sprayed from the upper, middle, and lower parts of the foam filter desulfurization tower via spiral nozzles, forming multiple rows of high-speed atomized water curtains countercurrent to the flue gas. This significantly increases the probability of collisions between dust, sulfur oxides, and water.

      2. At the same time, when the dust-laden gas passes through the sieve plate of the desulfurization tower equipment, it creates a bubbling effect on the liquid layer on the sieve plate, greatly increasing the surface area and turbulence of the gas-liquid mass transfer, thereby significantly improving the mass transfer rate. The gas-liquid mass transfer between sulfur dioxide and the alkaline liquid further enhances the effectiveness of the desulfurization and dust removal.

      3. The desulfurization byproducts flow with the water to the bottom of the desulfurization tower and are discharged from the overflow hole. The wastewater generated after desulfurization is discharged from the bottom overflow hole and enters the sedimentation tank. After sedimentation, it is neutralized and regenerated for recycling (the dual-alkali method can be used). The purified gas is then demisted by the demister and discharged from the upper part of the desulfurization tower cylinder, achieving the purpose of dust removal and desulfurization.
