      Principle of the 15-ton Chain Grate Boiler PNCR Denitrification Process:

      The principle of the PNCR denitrification process involves injecting solid powder material (polymer denitrification agent) directly into the boiler furnace using a delivery device. The injection temperature window is controlled within the effective range of 700–900°C. At high temperatures, the amino groups break the chemical bonds connected to the polymer and release a large amount of amino-functional group substances. These amino functional groups undergo a series of reactions with NOx in the flue gas, thereby achieving the goal of NOx removal.
