Exxsol D110 De-aromatized Solvent Oil

I. Product Introduction

Exxsol D110 is a high-boiling point dearomatized solvent oil, belonging to the category of aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents. It has a distillation range of 248~266°C, a flash point of 116°C, a density of 0.808 g/cm³, a viscosity of 3.43 mm²/s (25°C), an aromatic content of 0.4%, a relative evaporation rate of <0.01 (n-BuAc=1), a KB value of 26, a bromine number of 16 mg/100g, a surface tension of 29 mN/m (25°C), and a refractive index of 1.446 (20°C). The product is packaged in iron drums, with a specification of 167 kg per drum.

Exxsol D110 can be used as a metalworking fluid (casting fluid, stamping oil, cutting oil, EDM fluid, aluminum rolling oil), a solvent for consumer products (insecticide aerosol solvent, solvent for liquid sprayers), and in the rubber and plastic industries as a lubricant, release agent, and plasticizer.

The advantages of Exxsol D110 include: low odor, narrow distillation range, compatibility with most product surfaces, and it is not classified as a hazardous material during transportation.

III. Precautions

1. ExxonMobil environmental solvent oil drums have an ExxonMobil anti-counterfeiting mark on the lid and an anti-counterfeiting barcode on the drum surface. Identify the brand to avoid counterfeits.

2. Environmental solvent oil should not be stored upright in outdoor environments to prevent contamination by moisture and impurities.

3. For indoor storage, place the drum upright with the top facing up for easy extraction.

4. Tighten the seal cap to keep the oil drum sealed.

5. Do not place flammable materials nearby. Open flames are strictly prohibited, and do not bring ignition sources near the oil drum.

6. Flammable specialty oils or chemical solvents should be stored separately and marked with flammable material signs.
