High Viscosity Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for PVC, Storage Resistant

Features: High initial tack for easy application, can be applied outdoors even in winter. High peel strength, >30N/inch, ensuring strong adhesion after application—cannot be peeled off, becomes firmer over time without lifting. Resistant to plasticizers, no stringing or adhesive oozing over time, high peel strength making it unremovable. Minimal decline in peel strength after 72 hours under dual 85 conditions, moderate peel strength >25N/inch. Applications: Various PVC substrate adhesive films and tapes, such as high-tack decorative films, high-tack PVC tapes, high-tack PVC decorative films, high-tack PVC skateboard stickers. Suitable for PVC materials like polyvinyl chloride, including PVC door and window seals, PVC decorative films, home decoration films, PVC wall stickers, PVC furniture films, and high-tack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives. Also used for photovoltaic positioning tape pressure-sensitive adhesives, PV cell positioning tape pressure-sensitive adhesives, UV-resistant and anti-yellowing for up to 25 years without yellowing, resistant to damp heat aging and weathering for 25 years without bubbling or yellowing. The adhesive is ultra-transparent with a light transmittance >94%. Pressure-sensitive adhesive for PV repair tapes, used for sealing and repairing cracks in PV backsheets, preventing moisture penetration, with ultra-high adhesion of 12N/cm to 3A backsheet PA materials. PV tapes, PV repair tapes, and PV maintenance tapes are weather-resistant, anti-yellowing, and exhibit excellent high and low-temperature performance.
