Pressure-sensitive adhesive for hard-to-bond plastics with low surface energy materials

Can firmly bond PE, firmly bond PP, and firmly bond hard-to-bond plastics. High initial tack, high peel strength, capable of securely bonding various hard-to-bond plastics, ceramics, etc.

Wide range of high and low-temperature performance, high holding power at room temperature, good low-temperature adhesion, can be applied at -5°C without adhesive overflow, easy die-cutting, excellent holding power, good initial tack.

Suitable for various high-adhesion applications, not prone to lifting. Applicable for uses such as release film tape, peel-off tape, high-adhesion tape, reflective stickers, automotive tarpaulin reflective stickers, etc. Can also be used to produce various low surface energy tapes, similar to 3M9495LE, 3M300LES, 3M9448A, 3M9080A, etc.

Solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive can replace 3M UV-cured products such as 3M467mp, 468, 3M7945, 3M9495MP.

High-temperature high holding power, can be used to produce 3M467mp, 468, 3M7945, 3M9495MP, replacing various high-temperature resistant double-sided tapes, with good peel strength on PC, ABS, and steel plates.

Holds 1kg weight at 177°C for over one week without displacement.

High adhesion and high holding power, PP board peel strength 33N, holding power at 70°C exceeds one week.

High temperature resistance, no residue or bubbling after cold and hot peeling at 300°C for 20 minutes, no residue or bubbling at 260°C for 30 minutes.

No residue or yellowing after soldering.

Solvent resistance, no degumming after immersion in ketone solvents for 30 minutes, resistant to plasticizers and moisture.
Aging resistance, withstands UV exposure for 3000 hours.
Resistant to electrolyte, no residue or yellowing after 72 hours at 85°C.
High temperature resistance, withstands 200°C for 30 minutes.
