Low-rise pressure-sensitive adhesive for FPC circuit board carrier film

Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive for FPC high-temperature carrier film, resistant to high temperatures without leaving residue, minimal effect on dyne value, low peel force climb, and easy to peel.

High-temperature resistance, no residue or bubbling after cold and hot tearing at 280°C for 1 hour, low peel force climb, no silicon contamination or silicon residue, adjustable peel force from 3g to 1000g.

FPC carrier film is a functional film used when the FPC substrate thickness is thin, with options including standard carrier film and high-temperature resistant carrier film, suitable for various FPC substrates. Used for etching protection of FPC reinforcement steel sheets and as protective film for steel sheet transfer.

This acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive offers excellent high-temperature resistance and pressure transfer resistance, with no adhesive residue from the carrier film.

Resistant to acids and alkalis, with no separation, bubbling, or adhesive residue when passing through acid-alkaline solutions in horizontal lines.

Resistant to plasma, with no separation, bubbling, or adhesive residue when passing through plasma processes.

Minimal adhesive climb after high temperature and high pressure, easy film removal, no residue on the adhered surface, minimal change in dyne value or water contact angle, with little impact on subsequent processes. Suitable for PCB/FPC carrier, lamination, etching, and other processes.
