EPDM with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive

Special modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, suitable for bonding low surface energy materials, with good adhesion to EVA film, PU film, TPU film, PU foam, EVA foam, EPDM foam, etc. It can be used to make EPDM foam tape, PU foam tape, or for bonding PU foam and EPDM foam. It achieves material breakage upon immediate peeling after application. Resistant to lifting under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

EPDM foam, PU foam, EVA foam, EVA film, PU film, TPU film, etc., typically have low surface energy. Conventional pressure-sensitive adhesives exhibit poor adhesion to them, often resulting in residue upon peeling, poor bonding leading to detachment, adhesive loss upon rubbing, and a tendency to lift when applied to hard-to-bond plastic surfaces.

Typical applications of special pressure-sensitive adhesives:

EVA advertising film: Pressure-sensitive adhesive for EVA advertising film offers excellent adhesion to EVA, with no adhesive loss after rubbing five times, residue-free peeling after two years of bonding, good initial tack, and suitability for outdoor application. EVA advertising film replaces traditional PVC-based advertising film, free from harmful plasticizers, more environmentally friendly, and recyclable.

PU foam wire harness tape: PU foam surfaces are difficult to bond; conventional pressure-sensitive adhesives tend to lift after winding and bonding. Special modified pressure-sensitive adhesive can bond PU foam without lifting for extended periods, suitable for various types of PU foam tapes.

EPDM foam and PU foam tapes: Various foam tapes benefit from modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, which provides excellent adhesion, residue-free peeling even after prolonged exposure to high temperature and high humidity, strong bonding to substrates, good cohesion for clean die-cutting, and no adhesive oozing.
