Machine applicability: The FT33 cutting disc is suitable for free use on angle grinders and any performance class of high-frequency (HF) machines and pneumatic grinders.

Material applicability: FT33 is specifically designed for steel (carbon steel - also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, and 1.0037) and cast steel.

Structure and production: The cutting disc contains high-quality corundum (aluminum oxide) and 2 layers of full-coverage glass cloth. The minimum lateral load of the cutting disc, as defined by EN 12413 and oSa, is 40 N (50 N for a diameter of 150 mm). The expiration date (three years) is printed on the disc hole ring. Complex process controls during manufacturing ensure consistently high quality. To guarantee the highest level of safety, destructive tests are conducted on every thousand discs. This disc has a straight shape (Shape 41). Straight cutting discs allow for deeper penetration, resulting in more cuts.
